随着手机、电脑等智能产品的普及,人们生活习惯的改变,颈型颈椎病逐渐成为临床常见病.该病可归属中医"筋骨病"范畴,伴颈肩背部疼痛、活动不利,或可触及条索状等改变.笔者临床运用点按反阿是穴为主治疗颈型颈椎病疗效确切,现将心得感悟总结如下.
