Abstract
原发性门静脉海绵样变性(cavern-ous transformation of the portal vein)多见于儿童,成人门静脉海绵样变性大多数为继发性.门静脉海绵样变性的门静脉栓塞和侧枝循环增加手术难度,延长手术时间,导致术后并发症增加,也是肝移植失败一个重要因素.因此,门静脉海绵样变性过去被认为是肝移植的相对禁忌证.尽管随着技术的改善和经验的积累,门静脉海绵样变性肝移植已不再是禁区,但仍然是一种令人望而生畏的病理状态.现将我院1 例成人门静脉海绵样变性成功行肝移植病例的诊疗体会报道如下.
