香花油茶果壳与果壳芯总多酚和鞣花酸含量测定

Abstract
为提高香花油茶(Camellia osmantha)果壳的综合利用率,以广西南宁、横州、田阳、来宾4个地区种植的香花油茶为试验材料,分别采用紫外-可见分光光度法和高效液相色谱法测定香花油茶果壳和果壳芯的总多酚和鞣花酸含量,计算鞣花酸占总多酚的比重.香花油茶果壳和果壳芯的总多酚和鞣花酸含量受油茶种植地域影响较小,果壳的总多酚含量高于果壳芯;果壳和果壳芯的鞣花酸含量最高分别为187和426μg/g,果壳芯的鞣花酸在总多酚的占比约为果壳的3倍.
