Abstract
以尾矿为原料合成ZSM-5的关键在于有效除杂和活化.通过不同酸洗方法对钨尾矿进行除杂,经过高温碱熔活化后可作为全部硅铝源,合成出结晶度良好的ZSM-5.低温常压(50℃?90℃)酸浸可以去除大部分钙组分.高温高压(170℃)对各杂质组分的去除效果更好(特别是Al),产生更高的原料硅铝摩尔比、SiO2溶出率、产物纯产量和SiO2利用率,实现钨尾矿资源化利用.
