长庆气田集输管道内腐蚀直接评价技术优化

Abstract
长庆气田采集输管道由于运行模式多样,流态和腐蚀环境差异大,采用内腐蚀直接评价技术标准中预测模型进行预测时与实际检测结果误差较大.结合长庆气田集输管道运行工况特点,采用Fluent与SolidWorks软件建立了基于集气量、水气比、管道倾角的三维流型分布图,以De Warrd模型、SwRI模型为基础,分别建立和优化了适合实际工况参数的腐蚀预测模型,通过9条管道31个开挖点的检测验证表明,检测点预测吻合度最高为86.67%,基本满足管道腐蚀风险判别的需求,提高管道高程-里程数据准确性、降低开挖位置定点误差等措施有利于提升预测吻合度.
