相对湿度检测在工农业生产中具有广泛应用.综述了当前基于Mach-Zehnder干涉光纤湿度传感器的国内外最新研究进展,比较了不同类型光纤干涉结构的灵敏度、响应时间、温敏特性等关键参数,分析了目前各种干涉结构所存在的优点与不足,并展望了对此类湿度传感器的发展前景.
