Abstract
目的:以杜仲籽壳为原料,微波辅助提取杜仲酸性多糖及杜仲胶.方法:通过单因素试验和正交试验确定最佳工艺条件.结果:最佳工艺参数为:NaOH体积分数为3%、浸泡时间为90 min、微波功率640 W、微波时间90s,杜仲酸性多糖提取率达到6.35%,杜仲胶提取率达到34.33%.结论:该工艺缩短了提取时间,操作更加便捷,提高了杜仲籽壳利用效率.
