Phenotyping and genotyping of tumor cells of various genesis provides irreplaceable information for targeted therapy. We have revealed the nanomechanical properties of living cells of cultures of primary cell lines of gliomas with the IDH1 R132H mutation, which make it possible to differentiate them from cells that do not have this mutation, which is necessary for personalized therapy of these diseases.
