Terhadap Bakteri Klebsiella pneumoniae

Dayak Onion Eleutherine palmifolia L. Merr. has the potential of bioactive compounds such as antibacterial. The purpose of this study was to determine the antibacterial activity of Dayak Onion Bulb extract against Klebsiella pneumoniae. The results showed that the extract of the Dayak onion tubers had antibacterial activity against Klebsiela pneumoniae in concentration of 6.25%, 12.5%, 25% 50% 12.6, 75%, and 100% with inhibitory zone values respectively 10.3, 11. 5, 11. 5, 12.6, 13.6, and 15. 6 mm.
