Quantitative assessment of the ciliary body following transscleral cyclophotocoagulation using 3D ultrasound biomicroscopy

Transscleral cyclophotocoagulation (TSCPC) is a safe treatment alternative for advanced pediatric glaucoma refractory to other medical and surgical treatments. This study assesses the feasibility of visualization and quantification of the ciliary body volume before and after TSCPC using a novel three-dimensional ultrasound biomicroscopy (3D-UBM) imaging system.
