Time over Threshold (tot) Cuts for Optimising the Signal Information of MAPMT Signals

Protoypes of the CBM RICH front-end electronics were tested at the COSY test beam in autumn 2017 as final qualification before the start of mass production of components for the HADES RICH detector upgrade. Data taken with a proximity focusing test setup were analysed with respect to: Implementation of Time over Threshold (ToT) cuts, photon detection efficiency, timing precision, ring reconstruction, development of suitable calibration techniques, and verification of previous results obtained with the HADES RICH test box setup. In this article we focus on ring reconstruction parameters and timing precision / calibration, other topics have been already presented in previous reports [1, 2]
