Preparation method of nickel-based super-hydrophobic corrosion-resistant coating of surface of sintered NdFeB magnet

The invention discloses a preparation method of a nickel-based super-hydrophobic corrosion-resistant coating of the surface of a sintered NdFeB magnet. By means of an electro-deposition and chemical deposition combining method, the nickel-based coating with the super-hydrophobicity is prepared on the surface of the sintered NdFeB magnet. Firstly, a modified array structure of nickel cones of the surface is formed through electrochemical deposition, then the surfaces of the nickel cones are modified through chemical deposition of nickel-phosphorus alloys, the surface micro-nano structures are formed, on the basis of maintaining the high bonding force of electronickelling, the surface super-hydrophobic layer is formed through the surface micro-nano structures, and the long-lasting corrosionprevention function is provided for the sintered NdFeB magnet.
