The paper analyzes communication and stress coping style in the context of gender and education of employees. The aim of the paper is to compare the level of communication and stress coping style (13 strategies of coping with stress) in 143 employees working in private and public organizations (86 women and 57men) aged from 18 to 65 years. The research was conducting by using two methodologies - SVF, Stress Coping Style Questionnaire by Janke and Erdmann (2003) and self-evaluation questionnaire, which measured communication. The research results were processed in statistical program called IBM SPSS 20.00 Statistics using t- test for two independent samples. We found statistically significant gender differences in five stress coping strategies (underestimation, social support, flight tendency, active avoidance and rumination). We also found statistically significant differences in four stress coping strategies (tilt, substitutional satisfaction, resignation and self- blaming) in the context of education of employees.
