A novel technique for the measurement of twophoton absorption spectra of dyes for nonlinear fluorescence microscopy

We present a novel technique for the measurement of two-photon absorption spectra. A line-shaped excitation beam generates a strong induced fluorescence signal that can be easily detected by an image sensor.
