A numerical analysis model was established based on the thermal performance of the random distribution of two-dimensional aggregate hollow beads, and the correctness of the model was verified using the existing test results, and average deviation with the test results is 1.3%. This paper proposes a new calculation of the random delivery of the two-dimensional circular aggregate based on fine aggregate density-increasing calculation, and improves the computational efficiency of random aggregate models and aggregate filling rate. When the ratio of the aggregate area is controlled to 60%, the actual computation speed of the algorithm in this paper is increased by 6 times approximately compared with the total random algorithm.
