摘要
The Mental Health Literacy Toot for the Workplace (MHL-W; Moll, Zanhour, Patten, Stuart, & MacDermid, 2017) is a vignette-based instrument with 16 items for measuring mental health literacy in the work context. After translation into German and adaptation of the vignettes on the basis of a qualitative expert survey, the MHL-W-G was analyzed with regard to reliability, construct validity, gender effects. and factor structure using two German-speaking samples of 122 students and 317 practitioners. For the first time, the factor structure (EFA/CFA) of the MHL-W-G was examined: In contrast to the one-factor model originally suggested by Moll et al. (2017), factor analysis for the MHL-W-G revealed a second-order model with significantly better model fit. Psychometric analyses indicated good internal consistency and intraclass correlations. Results supported measurement invariance of the MHL-W-G across genders. Overall, the psychometric properties indicate that the MHL-W-G can be used as a reliable and valid tool for measuring mental health literacy in the place.
