Actual Issues of Providing a Quality of Electronic Apparatus

The universal criteria for the efficiency of quality providing processes at the stages of designing, production and operation of products because of their probabilistic nature presented. Unlike the known ones, it can use all kinds of existing internal and external information, including CALS technologies. This makes it possible to significantly improve the accuracy of the estimates of the effectiveness of these processes, in particular by providing information on the real distributions of product quality indicators without accepting the traditional unreasonable assumptions about their normal nature.
