Research On New Theory Of Preventive Maintenance Of Numerical Control Equipment

Numerical control equipment was high technology and complex in structure, and its failure characteristics and failure modes were obviously different from common manufacturing equipment. So the traditional planned preventive maintenance theory had received stern challenges. The paper analyzed the failure characteristics and rules of numerical control equipment, and put forward a new theory of preventive maintenance based on reliability in combination with present maintenance management situations of numerical control equipment of enterprises in our country. The theory proposed can effectively guide practice of maintenance management of numerical control equipment of enterprises in our country.
