Design of Embedded Acquisition and Control System Applied to Active Vibration Isolation Based on DSP

In order to reduce the impact of vibration on the measurement, active vibration isolation is usually performed between the platform and the measurement equipment. The premise of active vibration isolation is to accurately obtain the vibration information of the platform itself, and then drive the actuator to generate a reaction force according to the vibration information of the platform to achieve the purpose of vibration isolation. This paper designs an embedded active vibration isolation acquisition and control system (ACS) based on digital signal processor (DSP). The system realizes the functions of analog signal A/D acquisition, data analysis and processing, and control signal D/A conversion. It has the advantages of small size, fast processing speed, and high reliability.
