Abstract
The research work we are pursuing in geological prospecting is an applied ultra-trace analysis technique - a combination of Resonance Ionization Spectroscopy and Time of Flight Mass Spectroscopy (RIS-TOFMS). It has an important significance to science and a practical economical value when applied to the direct prospecting of concealed orebeds of gold, platinum and other rare and noble metals. Research work has already made important progress.
