Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology(2021)
摘要
To the Editor: Since the advent of the COVID-19 pandemic, reports of increased facial acne, erythema, and discomfort secondary to mask wearing have arisen.1,2 Concomitantly, new imaging modalities, such as high-resolution, 3-dimensional (3D) imaging, are emerging to quantify skin topography, rhytides, and erythema. This prospective cohort, а triple-arm study, aimed to compare the subjective reports of acute facial skin changes due to mask wearing with objective findings assessed using high-resolution, 3D imaging.
