摘要
Objectives This is a protocol for a Cochrane Review (prognosis). The objectives are as follows: To evaluate the duration of natural antibody‐related immunity after SARS‐CoV‐2 infection, measured as IgG, using a living systematic review approach. P Individuals with a confirmed SARS‐CoV‐2 diagnosis I Not applicable C Not applicable O Immunoglobulin G T At least two measurement time points: at baseline (between 2 and 12 weeks after symptom onset) at follow‐up (all time points at least 2 weeks after baseline) S No restriction to setting Investigation of sources of heterogeneity between studies IgG measurements may be dependent on the respective test used; therefore we will completely separate serological assays from neutralisation assays. We will investigate whether studies that differ regarding the specific type of test, disease severity, age, gender, comorbidities, or virus mutation have varying IgG outcomes.
