A New Method for Optimal Dispatch Considering System Flexibility in Wind Farm

摘要
Starting from the system flexibility requirements and flexibility resources, this paper uses individual generators in the wind farm as the smallest unit to flexibly classify the units in the wind farm. Different types of units are equivalent to different types of virtual power sources, and a new method for wind power to “actively” participate in system dispatch based on the characteristics of virtual power sources is proposed. On this basis, a new scheduling model for optimal scheduling of internal units in wind farms with the goal of optimal output plan and minimum loss is constructed. Finally, the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed method are verified by the revised IEEE6 node test system.
