The traditional manual inspection method is inefficient and has insufficient safety protection for operators. It is impossible to dynamically grasp the accurate position, safety status and completion of work tasks of transportation inspection personnel. Based on this, combined with flexible sensor networks, location tracking, Information fusion and other technologies are used to build a safety system for inspectors on the job site, and to study the precise positioning and safety assessment techniques for inspectors on the job site of substations. Aiming at the risk situation faced by substation operators and related safety protection strategies, the intelligent patrol inspection safety management and control system architecture of substation is designed. Then, in view of the diversity of the physical status (body temperature, heart rate, blood pressure, etc.) data of the staff on the intelligent inspection site and the complexity of the fusion processing, a comprehensive evaluation model of the personnel health status based on multi-source data fusion was constructed..
