党员行为由“刻意、不自然”,到“刻意、自然”,再到“不经意、自然”的过程,即是党的纯洁性建设有效内化的过程.从以内化主体为本的视角出发,参照有效内化的基本条件,应从以下几个方面入手,构建党的纯洁性建设的内化机制:优化教育机制,提高内化能力;优化动力机制,激发内化心向;优化体验机制,拓展内化途径;优化固化机制,提升内化保障.
