Abstract
采用湿法纺丝制备藻酸盐纤维,然后经过纱布织造工艺制备藻酸盐纱布(简称Hisorb),比较了Hisorb与3种常见市售敷料(简称G-CP,G-LR,G-AB)浸提液的体外相关生物学特性,考察了各敷料浸提液的细胞毒性、迁移率、溶血性及红细胞渗透脆性.实验结果表明,Hisorb无细胞毒性且能促进细胞增殖,无溶血现象,对红细胞的渗透脆性有一定的保护作用,具有潜在的促进伤口愈合的性能.
