激光诱导击穿光谱(LIBS)技术是一种基于原子发射光谱的元素分析技术,是元素分析领域重要的研究手段.作为LIBS分析的激发光源,紫外激光具有光子能量大、空间分辨率高等优点,可以提高烧蚀效率、减少分馏效应,在地质检测和生物医药检测方面有很好的应用前景;也可从提升元素分析的效果,扩大LIBS技术的应用范围.介绍了紫外LIBS技术的原理与特点,讨论了国内外紫外LIBS技术的应用,总结了紫外LIBS技术的发展趋势.
