苹果梨园土壤有机氮组分剖面分异规律

Abstract
为了明确苹果梨园不同土层有机氮组分的分布特征,在延边苹果梨园内挖掘剖面,并按土壤自然发生层分层采集样品,采用Bremner有机氮分级法测定苹果梨园土壤各剖面层次有机氮组分含量.结果表明,同一土层,除氨基糖态氮和非酸解氮含量外,其余有机氮组分的含量均为荒地大于苹果梨园土;且随土层加深,苹果梨园土和荒地酸解全氮含量、非酸解氮含量及有机氮各组分含量均呈下降趋势;有机氮各组分含量占全氮的比率不同,酸解氨态氮和氨基酸态氮在酸解有机氮组分中均占有较高比例,尤其是酸解氨态氮在各土层的酸解有机氮组分中均占最高的比例,酸解氨态氮和氨基酸态氮为延边苹果梨园土壤中最重要的有机氮形态.
