转速对螺旋轴流式油气混输泵性能影响分析

Abstract
以螺旋轴流式油气混输泵为研究对象,对其在不同转速、流量、含气率下进行了全流场的数值计算.计算时采用Mixture模型,湍流计算选用标准κ-ε湍流模型,速度压力耦合计算采用Sim-ple算法.通过对模拟结果的相态分析,以及对外特性的预测,可知转速的增加可增加气液分离程度,并可通过改变转速来适应泵的进口条件.
