Abstract
2010年2月广东省某老人院发生诺如病毒胃肠炎暴发疫情.现场调查发现老年人与护工的罹患率高于工作人员,特护和全护老年人的罹患率高于一般护理老年人,logistic回归分析结果提示,老年人感染风险随着需护理程度分值的增加而增加,提示本次暴发主要是因为护工护理操作不规范导致老年人-护工-老年人间的交叉污染,建议制定老人院感染控制和规范护理指南.
