Abstract
重症肺炎后期患者可反复低热、咳嗽咯痰、纳差、精神疲倦等症状,对此目前的现代医学治疗措施效果不尽理想,而中医对此类疾病多从”热病伤阴”论治,采用滋阴清热药物治疗,临床疗效亦未能尽全.本文尝试用中医六经理论,分析重症肺炎后期证候的机理,提出本病的病因病机在于脏腑虚损,三焦水火运行失调,认为可从正虚邪陷少阳,随其六经兼证而治,方用小柴胡汤加减,临床收到良效.
