双向电泳技术筛选鉴定冬虫夏草中指标性蛋白质研究

Abstract
对名贵中药材冬虫夏草及其伪品建立稳定可靠的双向电泳鉴定方法.正品冬虫夏草中共同表达的蛋白质斑点为88个,伪品稳定差异表达的蛋白质斑点为21个,提示可作为下一步冬虫夏草鉴定的指标性组分.进一步质谱分析与NCBI数据库比对表明:6种蛋白仅来自于菌数据库,9种蛋白仅来自于昆虫数据库,12种蛋白仅来自于全库,3种蛋白昆虫和菌的数据库均能检索,1种蛋白仅来自于菌数据库和全库,提示下一步可进行冬虫夏草指标性蛋白质功能研究,为冬虫夏草有效成分研究奠定基础.
