Abstract
生长抑素类似物能抑制垂体生长激素细胞对生长激素的分泌及相关肿瘤细胞的增殖,是目前垂体生长激素腺瘤临床治疗的首选药物.但部分患者因耐药而影响疗效,其耐药机制涉及生长抑素受体、受体下游信号传导通路、组织病理和细胞黏附分子等因素.
