大疱性类天疱疮是皮肤科一种顽疾,激素治疗是主要手段,但迁延难愈,有肺部感染等诸多并发症.我们从"肺主皮毛"理论探讨大疱性类天疱疮的中医治疗方法,以扶正祛邪为基本原则,清肺热、补肺气为主,健脾肾、祛痰瘀为辅,取得良好疗效.
