    Abstract
    透析器反应是血液透析的罕见并发症,是透析患者可能对体外回路的各种成分产生超敏反应,分为A型、B型.A型通常在开始治疗后的几分钟内发生,也可能延迟至30min甚至更长时间.常表现为严重的过敏症状,如呼吸困难、濒死感、全身或局部灼热感等,甚至出现心脏骤停、死亡.轻症也可表现为瘙痒、荨麻疹、眼睛流泪、喷嚏、咳嗽、腹部痉挛、腹泻等.B型常在治疗开始20～40min出现,尽管比A型反应更常见,但常是自限性的,会产生较轻的症状,如胸背部不适、恶心呕吐[1].现对中国医科大学附属盛京医院肾脏内科血液净化中心透析器反应汇总分析.
