Abstract
喘息性支气管炎的发生是多种炎症细胞、免疫细胞和细胞因子等共同参与的呼吸道慢性反应结果,淋巴细胞功能紊乱在喘息性支气管炎发病中起主要作用[1].近年来,过敏所致儿童喘息性支气管炎的发生日益增加[2].本研究将喘息性支气管炎患儿按不同类型过敏原分组,回顾性分析检测患儿细胞免疫和体液免疫的功能变化,以探讨分析不同类型过敏原在儿童喘息性支气管炎发病机制中的作用.
