Th17细胞是近年发现的一类新型T辅助细胞亚群,由初始T细胞分化而来,分泌IL-17家族细胞因子,包括白细胞介素(IL)-17,IL-17F,IL-17E和IL-21,IL-22,IL-23等.其中以IL-17A最为重要,是Th17的标志性细胞因子.Th17细胞与其相关细胞因子被认为是天然免疫和适应性免疫之间的桥梁,在众多疾病如肿瘤、自身免疫性疾病以及器官、骨髓移植排斥中发挥着重要生物学作用.笔者对Th17细胞在人类相关疾病中的作用及Th17细胞可塑性进行综述.
