Abstract
回顾性总结7例胃肠道脂肪瘤临床资料,主要表现为腹痛和其他消化道症状和消化道出血.术前6例误诊为其他肠肿瘤.7例均行手术切除,均经病理检查确诊.胃肠道脂肪瘤临床少见,且无特异性表现,术前明确诊断比较困难,应予注意.
