甲状腺疾病是一种常见病,多发于女性,手术仍然是最主要的治疗方法[1].国内外研究一直探讨各种手术人路达到其美容之功效.笔者采用颈部侧入路衣领式小切口甲状腺切除术治疗良性甲状腺肿瘤患者,并与同期采用传统手术方法治疗的甲状腺良性肿瘤的治疗情况进行比较,经临床观察效果满意,总结报道如下.
