Abstract
在临床上,创面的修复依旧是烧伤治疗过程中的难题,而脱细胞真皮基质(ADM)敷料的研究与应用为创面的修复带来了新的解决方案.现通过检索国内外有关ADM敷料临床应用的文献,归纳分析了ADM敷料的生物学特性,及其在浅Ⅱ度及深度烧伤创面、削痂植皮创面、供皮区创面治疗中应用疗效,综述了ADM敷料在烧伤创面治疗中的研究进展.
