Abstract
原发性牙萌出失败(primary failure of eruption,PFE)指由于萌出机制障碍导致无骨粘连的牙齿全部或部分萌出失败[1],其临床少见,却可导致严重的后牙开(牙合),且同一象限的所有后牙均可累及,患牙对口腔正畸矫治力反应不佳并常继发骨粘连,矫治效果不理想[2].PFE与机械性牙萌出失败(mechanical failure of eruption,MFE)的早期临床表现相似,因此两者的鉴别诊断很重要.笔者收集4例PFE患者的锥形束CT和曲面体层X线片影像资料,现报告如下.
