高效液相色谱法测定不同品种来源陈皮中多甲氧基黄酮含量

Abstract
目的 测定19个品种来源陈皮中多甲氧基黄酮川陈皮素和桔皮素的含量.方法 色谱柱为Diamonsil C18柱(250 mm×4.6mm,5 μm),流动相为水(A)-甲醇(B)二元梯度洗脱(0 ~6 min时60%B,6~ 18 min时60% B→100%B),流速为1.0 mL/min,柱温为25℃,检测波长为326 nm.结果 川陈皮素和桔皮素进样量分别在27.04 ~1 352.01 ng(r =0.999 9)和14.286 ~ 714.320 ng(r=0.999 6)范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,平均回收率分别为98.02%和98.60%,RSD为1.59%和2.75%(n=6);19批陈皮样品中川陈皮素和桔皮素含量测定结果分别为0.031% ~0.968%,0.011% ~0.546%,表明不同品种来源陈皮中多甲氧基黄酮含量有明显差异,江西南丰蜜桔、四川红橘和重庆江津大红袍含量较高,川陈皮素均在0.4%以上,桔皮素均在0.2%以上.结论 经方法学验证,该方法可用于陈皮药材中川陈皮素和桔皮素的含量测定.
