Abstract
通过检索数据库获得2011～2017年上半年国内药品注册申请数据,分别从药品注册申请数量、申请类型、注册分类等方面进行梳理和统计,探讨近期药品注册管理制度改革对国内药品研发申报产生的影响.结果显示,在鼓励创新、遏制低水平重复建设的导向下,我国药品注册申报数量大幅下降,申报形势回归理性,创新药研发激励作用显著,仿制药申报向注重临床需求转变.
