Abstract
动物肠道黏膜上存在表达味觉受体和味觉相关因子的细胞,这些细胞调控着胰高血糖素样肽(GLP)和5-羟色胺(5-HT)等肠道激素的分泌.文章主要介绍了部分存在于消化道黏膜上的肠内分泌细胞和其味觉受体的工作原理、味觉的信号转导途径以及相关肠道激素的分泌机制.以上研究不仅有助于我们了解肠道消化吸收功能的调控机制,也可为糖尿病、肠易激综合征以及化疗药物不良反应的应对提供新的切人点.
