Abstract
目的:建立汝安膜中盐酸小檗碱的含量测定方法.方法:采用薄层扫描法对汝安膜中的盐酸小檗碱进行定量.结果:盐酸小檗碱点样量在0.05～0.5μg呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为99.22%,RSD=1.2%(n=6).结论:该方法准确、可靠、重现性好,可作为该膜剂的质量控制方法.
