盆底功能障碍性疾病(Pelvic floordysfunction,PFD)为危害妇女健康的最常见慢性疾病之一,其中妊娠与阴道分娩是盆底损伤的最主要危险因素.当妊娠和阴道分娩带来的损伤和机体的自身恢复失平衡,就表现为盆底功能障碍.本文对妊娠和阴道分娩过程对女性盆底组织的影响进行概述.
