Abstract
目的 探讨外源性Pu27序列对SW480结肠癌细胞的作用.方法 设立空白组、Pu27实验组和MutPu27对照组,观察药物摄取,c-myc基因表达,细胞增殖和凋亡情况.结果 Pu27以非转染方式进入细胞,下调c-myc基因表达,抑制细胞增殖促进凋亡.结论 Pu27具有选择性抗肿瘤作用.
