Abstract
1 病历摘要 患者,男,75岁,胸闷、胸痛6小时,位于心前区,呈压榨感,有濒死感,持续加重不缓解,于2017年10月23日11:20被家属送至我院急诊科.急诊查心电图见窦性心律,三度房室传导阻滞伴交接性逸搏心律,Ⅱ、Ⅲ、aVF导联ST段分别抬高4、5、5mm,Ⅰ、aVL导联ST段分别压低1、2mm,考虑超急性下壁心肌梗死,推断为右冠状动脉梗死.急诊肌钙蛋白I定量<0.012ng/ml,肌红蛋白187.6ng/ml.
