Abstract
试验旨在探究不同添加剂对羊草青贮的影响.试验设置了孜然精油、富马酸单甲酯、陈皮粉、富马酸单甲酯+陈皮粉、富马酸单甲酯+甘草粉共5种添加剂处理和对照组,发酵40d后取样.结果 表明:添加孜然精油后,羊草青贮中干物质(DM)、粗蛋白(CP)和干物质消化率(IVDMD)的含量均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),分别提高7,25%、13.30%和5.45%.添加富马酸单甲酯+陈皮后,羊草青贮中DM、CP和IVDMD的含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),分别提高8.18%、5.26%和9.70%.添加孜然精油和富马酸单甲酯+陈皮后,羊草青贮中中性洗涤纤维(NDF)和酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)的含量均显著低于对照组(P<0.05).综上所述,添加孜然精油和富马酸单甲酯+陈皮后羊草青贮的营养品质和干物质消化率较好.
