Abstract
在甘肃河西3市6个乡镇选择90日龄以上的羊198 080只,其中怀孕羊84 160只,单独注射布氏菌病活疫苗(M5株)64 350只,同时注射布氏菌病活疫苗(M5株)和牛羊口蹄疫O型-亚洲Ⅰ型二价灭活疫苗133 730只,结果50 d内死亡428只,流产4 460只.表明布病M5疫苗毒株毒力强,不适合用于免疫防控,更不能与口蹄疫疫苗同时注射.
